Once an order is placed, we’re not able to cancel it — our team starts processing quickly to get your items out the door.

If something doesn’t work out, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags
• Shipped back in protective packaging

Customers cover return shipping. To start a return, just email us at hello@thepurelyshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

Final sale items, including discounted launch pieces, aren’t eligible for return.
